Right of Withdrawal – European Union Buyers

In accordance with European Directive 2023/2673 (effective from June 19, 2026) and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), any customer residing in the European Union is entitled to a right of withdrawal for any purchase made online.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2023/2673, we provide an electronic withdrawal function accessible directly from this page. To exercise your right:

Step 1: Click the button at the top labeled “Withdraw from Contract” below. No account login is required.

Step 2: Confirm your request by providing your name and the details of the relevant order (order number, returned product(s)).

Step 3: You will automatically receive confirmation of your withdrawal by email on the durable medium of your choice, in accordance with the Directive.

Product Return

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the relevant product(s) to us within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal. After this period, the withdrawal request can no longer be processed.

The products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Refund

The refund will be issued only after the returned product has been received at our warehouses, or after you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

We will reimburse all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method), within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.

Exempt Products

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Perishable goods
• Digital content supplied immediately after purchase
• Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
